SDBAS was founded by Julie Mucha-Aydlott in 1994, formerly named Sullivan
Business Services. With over 14 years experience in the accounting
industry, creating miracles and cleaning up messes are her greatest attributes.
Mucha changed the name of the company in 2000 that is better suited for the
description of what the company provides for their clients.
SDBAS in times past focused on Small Businesses, creating Financial reports,
setting up computerized accounting, Taxes and financial business plans.
This past year, Mucha has focused her services on financial investigations
including Contract Fraud, Bankruptcy, Payroll Tax and Insurance
investigations.
SDBAS has built a reputation for trust and integrity with a eye for detail
and perfection that gave Mucha the analytical ability to uncover financial
wrong-doing.

To Help Small business owners or individuals hold on to
